In her role, Lauren leads a global, enterprise-wide team responsible for integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand for new products/services, increase brand awareness in new markets, and motivate buying behavior from specific audience segments. Lauren's team also oversees Sealed Air's digital marketing strategy including marketing automation, lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and marketing intelligence & analytics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 rescue dogs or obnoxiously cheering for the LSU!

Kelly Dickson 
Director of Demand Generation at American City Business Journals

In her role she ensures that ACBJ optimizes their use of Marketo and interactions with their 4mm database friends are on-point, consumable and interactive. Kelly is currently working on developing their first Inside Sales team to align with the Demand Gen efforts. Prior to ACBJ she developed the Marketing Operations team at Sprinklr, which is a Social Engagement SaaS company, in NYC where Marketing proudly sourced 65% of their pipeline opportunities. Kelly went to Sprinklr from CommScope, a $4B Fortune 500 Enterprise company here in Hickory, where she started the Marketo madness and created a global team of Marketo power users; creating their first Demand Gen and Marketing Ops department and ran that for 8 years until Sales recruited her to develop their first Inside Sales Team. Kelly has been a Marketo customer for over 10 years now – spanning 3 companies. Happily, wherever she goes – Marketo seems to be there!
