Job Description

Overground is actively seeking a trailblazer to lead our Content Marketing practice area.  The Content Marketing Manager role provides the opportunity to influence and lead our closed-loop content marketing engagements across digital marketing, lead nurturing and sales enablement for our Fortune 1000 and middle-market clients. The Content Marketing Manager collaborates with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve our client customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute content marketing engagements with our multi-channel planning and customer acquisition programs including:
    • Organic, social and paid media
    • Lead nurturing programs utilizing Marketo
    • Sales enablement apps
    • Performance analytics 
  • Support strategy and planning including:
    • Persona development
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Content Marketing planning
  • Collaborate with and direct Content Producers in Content Marketing practice area
  • Consult with our customer research and technology partners to ensure content execution is on point and achieves revenue growth goals.

Requirements

  • Passion and enthusiasm for content marketing and demand generation
  • Proven track record of achievements with inbound content marketing programs that close the loop from awareness to revenue; B2B and agency experience a plus
  • Minimum three years managing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with advanced enterprise analytic, marketing automation and CRM platforms; Marketo Certification
  • Experience with advanced enterprise research and analytic tools, marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, workflow management platforms, and enterprise content management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree; or greater in marketing or communications
