Paul Yoder leads Overground’s CRM Enablement practice area and brings 30 years of sales, business operations, and project management experience to the Overground team.
In 2006, Paul co-founded EnablePath, a Salesforce CRM integration partner that grew to be one of the largest partners in the Salesforce ecosystem, ultimately achieving Platinum partner status, the highest level that Salesforce awards. The company was acquired by global technology giant Birlasoft, a division of India based CK Birla Group, in 2014.
A passionate evangelist of the power of process automation, Paul has traveled extensively in the US and internationally as a business process consultant and CRM systems integration project manager. He is a certified Salesforce CRM Developer, residing in Charlotte, NC with his wife and children.

Cindy Perry brings 20+ years of sales, business operations, and project management experience to the Overground team.
For the past 12 years’ Cindy has assisted small, medium and enterprise level organizations to implement and/or optimize Salesforce.com CRM solutions to include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning Conversion, Migrations, Integrations and Development projects.
Cindy has worked extensively with all types of industries to include manufacturing, business services, energy, finance, medical, retail and technology. She is also a certified Salesforce.com Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant and Sales Cloud Consultant, residing in Columbia, SC with her husband and children.
